How do I shop MAD TIGERS?
Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as Topwear or Footwear. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box to find products by name, category or style.
How to purchase a product?
When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to basket". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "Proceed to checkout" to be led through the checkout process.
What are the benefits of creating a MAD TIGERS account?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
After checking product availability and payment verification once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please confirm that all Order Details are correct before completing the checkout process.
What if my order is sold out?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, MAD TIGERS will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style at the same price or process a refund.
Where are MAD TIGERS products shipped from?
All MAD TIGERS products are shipped from MAD TIGERS Warehouse in Germany using DHL.
How Long Shipping takes and how much does shipping cost?
Germany
Delivery time takes between 1-3 working days After Purchasing. (FREE SHIPPING)
European Countries and United Kingdom.
Delivery time Takes between 2-4 Working Days after Purchasing. (FREE SHIPPING)
International:
Delivery time Takes between 4-8 Working Days after Purchasing. (30€)
How will I know my order has been successful?
You will receive confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you don’t see the order confirmation after a few minutes of purchasing, please check out your spam folder.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email. You can track your order by entering the tracking information you have received with the confirmation email.
I have not received my order, where is it?
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team.
Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbor its always worth checking with your neighbor just in case.

Will I have to pay additional Customs & Taxes?
All MAD TIGERS orders are currently shipped from Europe, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. We recommend using
Import Tax & Duties calculator as a guide.
EU
All orders which are despatched to a customer in the Europe Union will not be liable for additional duties and taxes, the final price will be shown at checkout.
USA
All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, for more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
Australia
All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
Canada
All orders above CAN$20 will be subject to import duties. This figure does vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please visit the Canada Border Services Agency website for an estimate.
