After checking product availability and payment verification once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please confirm that all Order Details are correct before completing the checkout process.

Where are MAD TIGERS products shipped from?
All MAD TIGERS products are shipped from our Fulfilment Facility in Germany using DHL.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, First send us a request with your Order number and Article Return as subject title without writing any Reasons. you will find This request form under Customer Service ( Contact Us). After receiving your request. We will Send you a confirmation Email for returns. Please note, EU returns will require shipping to be paid by the customer. Once we receive and accept your Returns, we will refund your Money in 14 Days maximum.

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned with tags and packing. Original Invoice should be included
We offer a high quality of packaging concept and Products. That is why the Return of all Products must be in the original box and bag, with original packaging, tags and original invoice, It must have no wear. If the Products is returned with wear / damage or without Original Boxes, Bags, Tags, Invoice, these will be sent back to the customer.
Returned footwear must be in the original box, with original packaging, tags and original invoice.
Soles must have no wear. If the Footwear is returned with wear / damage or without Original Boxes, Bags, Tags, Invoice, these will be sent back to the customer.
All Returns: We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs.
If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, MAD TIGERS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
Leave With Neighbor
Request for your order to be left with your neighbor by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, MAD TIGERS and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number. MAD TIGERS is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. All risks assumed by the courier
Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. In Case of Returns MAD TIGERS will offer you FREE SHIPPING for your Replaced Products.
All RETURNS: Unfortunately we are unable to offer any free returns
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time around 14 Days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
